A native of Newnan, Georgia, Becky and her husband moved to the Panhandle almost 20 years ago. A graduate of the University of West Georgia, she has a strong administrative background and is committed to providing superior customer service to clients and colleagues.

Christy began her career in 2000 working for one of the largest title underwriters in the industry and became a licensed title agent in 2009. As our real estate closer, she works closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction. Mary Blake Williams

Accounting/Marketing

Mary Blake has been the office manager and bookkeeper for Barker Williams and Shoreline Title since its inception in 2017. Mary Blake was born and raised in Shalimar, Florida where she graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 1992. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of Alabama in 1998 – where she met her husband, Kirby.

She enjoys traveling, volunteering in the community, spending time with family and friends and has a passion for Twelve Churches – Nicaragua. She and Kirby have three children Betsy, Mac and James who she adores more than anything in this world and two dogs Bear and LuLu who you may see in Shoreline Title posts!

Mary Blake has served on the board of Caring & Sharing of South Walton, the founding board of Impact 100 for Okaloosa and Walton counties, the Race Committee for Seaside Neighborhood School, and currently serves as chairperson for the Staff Parish Relations Committee for her church – Good News United Methodist Church.

Farrar focuses her practice on representing private, public and non-profit entities and individuals in a variety of transactional matters, including formation and organization, corporate governance, securities and financing, business transactions and planning, contract preparation and negotiation, and intellectual property protection.

Farrar represents clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, short-term vacation rental, hospitality and technology. Her representation includes clients of all sizes and at all stages – from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Farrar enjoys helping her clients grow and expand their businesses through financing, private securities offerings, joint ventures and acquisitions. She regularly assists individuals and companies of all sizes in the purchase, sale and combination of businesses.

Farrar invests in knowing her clients’ businesses and industries, and her broad-based transactional experience allows her to better anticipate strategic advantages and manage risk for her clients.

Farrar began her practice with the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP in its corporate transactions and securities group, and practiced with the law firm of Clark Partington before forming Barker Williams, PLLC and Shoreline Title, LLC. Farrar and her husband, Kelly, moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2012 to be close to their families. They are active in their church and the community, and they have a heart for serving youth. When not in the office, Farrar loves spending time with Kelly, their three children and two dogs. You can almost always find them on a boat, at the beach or watching one of their kids competing on the field or in the gym. Farrar is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia.
